Former Employee3.6Jan 19, 2024My overall experience was positive. There is however no inbound lead flow, all outbound in a highly competitive and technical market. Reaching 100% of quota is already considered presidents club which should tell you all you need to know about realistic performance.

Former Employee4.7Jul 4, 2024For all it’s market saturation and difficulty in getting to OTE, Datadog leadership is humane - they don’t cut sales folks for not meeting targets, and they try their best to “repurpose” staff in the event of a reorg. Stable job & leadership, amazing benefits.
