My time at Datadog has been great. The only problem is I don’t see any openings for a promotion. This is very frustrating.

CSM's at Datadog have no growth trajectory and compensation remains low for the space Datadog is in. I would not recommend working here.

Good experience in the company. Heavy reliance on outbounding with very little inbound opportunities. Extremely difficult to hit target. In 2022 approx 10% of Commercial AEs in EMEA hit target.
