Feast or famine sales. No chance at making quota without one deal that accounts for more than 60% of your annual quota. No vision or flexibility in the sales group - lots of status quo, resting and vesting leaders.

I’ve been with Datadog for 2.5 years, and while the product is undoubtedly top-tier and the R&D investment is strong, the internal culture is incredibly toxic.
