Former Employee1.9Jul 7, 2023Overall, this is a glorified BDR role. 5% of AEs hit quota each quarter, with most just fighting for breadcrumbs. Leadership and culture is extremely toxic, and politics is the only way to find any success. I highly recommend not working for this company in the commercial account executive role.
