Base comp can be lower then market rate, but your earning potential here can be exceptionally higher than other companies who will offer higher base with less market fit or value to offer.

Current Employee2.9Feb 2, 2024My overall experience has been okay. They completely lie to you in the interview process. Was told 50% of reps hit their number and less than 5% hit their number. Great product, company and sales process. Would not recommend a friend to join the commercial space.
