The product is also fit within the market, some of the issues we have only is showcasing the real value due to it being expensive.

Current Employee3.9Jan 28, 2025Great leadership, depends on your team though. You can either get lucky or not. Rarely anyone hits quota. Incentive compensation structure is good, currently you can make a lot of comission, balancing out the „lower“ base salary.
