Overall Databricks is a great company and has a great products that work which customers are quick to adopt. There is a strong Executive team in the US who communicate very well globally and regularly take feedback. Databricks has completely changed their go to market motion while making no change to the support team needed to make this new motion successful. Comp plans are unattainable and confusing. Leadership has acknowledged this but made no meaningful change. I imagine there will be quite a bit of attrition at the end of this fiscal year.
