In the process of interviewing for startup AE role and the OTE told by recruiter was lower than what posted on the job posting. Can someone help me to understand the ratio between base and variable. Is it 50/50?

What is the Emerging Enterprise Account Executive role like? Can anyone share details on account size, OTE, attainment %, etc.?

Is the incentive comp plan fairly easy to understand for account execs?
