I’m expecting to receive an offer next week for an Enterprise/Named/Strategic AE role next week (Europe based). Any recommendations on compensation areas to push for (i.e. what can I ask for outside of OTE)? Other things to check before signing (e.g. patch and their consumption or similar)?

More QuestionsIs the quota attainment stat on here accurate?Was looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience?
