Considering a move from AWS Inside Sales to Databricks Native Emerging AE. The Cloud Tech boomerang seems prudent, but curious what the culture of the Native Emerging business is like? Keep hearing different reviews about the culture and/or quota attainment & base.

More QuestionsIs the quota attainment stat on here accurate?Was looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience?
