GTM has also introduced a new role/motion for hunters that get little to no consuming accounts and are compensated for commit contracts (there is no evidence that prospects are willing to commit to a contract without first consuming for a small set of use cases - spending >$10k a month is a sweet spot for maturity to drive a commit contract)
There are a lot of new reps (very seasoned industry pros) not producing because of this new motion and drastically carved territories.
Be sure to get clarification on territory and what % of accounts are consuming (and at what level). And BEWARE of bait and switch territory promises from new directors that are under pressure to ramp headcount quickly! Browse Other Reviews
