Overall Databricks is a great company and has a great products that work which customers are quick to adopt. There is a strong Executive team in the US who communicate very well globally and regularly take feedback. AE's and Managers have to work with poor tooling and manual processes internally that are constantly changing, overly complex, and add stress in an...Read More
