If you want people to be based in Austin, you need to pay them according to cost of living. $100k OTE for a mid-market role is terrible. Should at least be $130K. Great company culture tho, and even better product.

The company has split accounts over and over while increasing quotas each year to appease Wall Street. More policies being put in place for more oversight and management of people’s job functions
