Product clears anything else in the market, and the brand has never been stronger. I’ve never heard “i took this meeting because of your reputation in the market” more than at while at CrowdStrike. The downside - the cat is out of the bag from a stock price perspective. Who knows, but equity pkgs (might) have slightly less upside.

Great company, great product. Upward mobility and quota attainment are very poor. That being said, the commission structure is built in a way that you can well out earn OTE without hitting quota, but this has been changing with more corporate leadership being brought on board.

Leadership is numbers mentality and not super constructive. Environment is very much feast or famine and territory dependent. Good luck if you’re selling into a rural area as your quota will be the same as someone selling into San Francisco.
