Overall, great company to work for with an outstanding product. Would recommend working here. However, from my experience and now having gotten hired elsewhere, the compensation could be better and is not up to par with other SaaS companies. To me, it seems like they know they have a market-leading product and can get away with paying reps less than what other organizations are willing to pay.

CrowdStrike reps who were able to hit or exceed quota were hit w "changes" to comp plan which moved the goal posts and earnings potential.

Just a good old boy system in corporate. Not worth the headache, go make more money elsewhere.
