Overall, great company to work for with an outstanding product. Would recommend working here. However, from my experience and now having gotten hired elsewhere, the compensation could be better and is not up to par with other SaaS companies. To me, it seems like they know they have a market-leading product and can get away with paying reps less than what other organizations are willing to pay.

My overall experience is great so far. I came into the role with half of the year left to get to the number and ended at 20%. This year will be the highest w-2 I’ve had ever. They want you to make money and pay out great on multi year deals.
