Even post-acquisition, Coupa remains a good place to work as an SC. There’s no more employee stock purchase plan or equity for individual contributors now, but the base pay and commission structure are decently above market. Most hiring seems to be done outside of the US at this point, but it will be interesting to see how that holds up with some pretty aggressive revenue growth targets put into place by Thoma Bravo.

Sales organization is extremely toxic, especially on the new business side where less than 20% of reps make quota. Leaders have been in role too long and are protected from above while rep churn and burn is rampant. Customer growth is better but favoritism still exists.
