product is really good at Coupa but the business is undergoing tons of change. PE owned now which actually has them in a better place, a bit more stability would be great. Comp is good

They got bought up and laid people off. The promised were never kept and the stock tanked. I basically had to restart my career. Coupa was a good company but now I would beware. They got rid of high performing talent, industry experts, and people who followed their values to a tee. The product is great. That said, its a nice to have solution - and due to being strongest in market - Coupa's pricing is high to go with it. This delays deals and increases selling that needs to be done to earn business. Internal leadership has had a mass exodus within MM and Corporate segments.
