Former Employee4.0Aug 2, 2023The culture was amazing until the end when they spent all their money on two bad acquisitions and sale’s flattened at which point it got dicey and sold to PE. The PE culture is not the same and the stock-based compensation is over.

In the current market, company's are not focused on getting a full procure to pay solution and with new competitors in the space, its become a lot harder to sell.
