I had a wonderful experience with the culture and a strong professional development thanks to my teammates. There are lots of gathers and the work is pretty straightforward. If one’s goal is to gain knowledge and strength the own sales skills, this is the best place for you. Also, once a year you can be part of a Sales Kick Off, where lots of colleagues meet and share knowledge.

There was a lot of change while here with the purchase of the company by private equity. Prior to the purchase, the culture was well above average. Then many good people were let go. Those remaining have experienced little communication and more layoffs. The product is excellent, the clients are positive, the employee group is intelligent.

Lack of resources as they laid off key go-to-market people, issues scaling the sales model, and lots of needed changes driven by P/E.
