Too many leadership changes to remain consistent. Base salary is good but not a lot of potential to hit your OTE. Only 2 reps on the MM / SMB team hit quota last year. They raised quota again this year...

Lack of resources as they laid off key go-to-market people, issues scaling the sales model, and lots of needed changes driven by P/E.

Coupa has a great product but not the best for companies that are not used to buying software/smaller teams. There are a lot of lower cost solutions that can compete with Coupa for a lot less.
