Great fit when the company is multi-location, pushing to go public. A lot more than what many companies in the Corporate space are open to investing in, implementation was often 1.25-1.5X year one ACV making the sale very value driven.

Former Employee3.3Jan 11, 2024Was a good place to work prior to being acquired by TB. Since things have become extremely cut throat, several rounds of layoffs, and expectations are much higher. Would recommend expecting little room for error. Job security in sales is always a challenge, even more so for a Thoma Bravo company.
