It’s been a great run over the last several years and I have no regrets about coming to Coupa. However, the company today is very different than it was 18 months ago post PE acquisition .

The targets have gotten better, base pay was good. Things have changed a lot since the TB acquisition. Not much to drive culture in the ANZ region.

Great colleagues and great market fit. There can be very stressful times like any sales role, but things are noticeably more over the top than others.
