Classic SaaS company in 2023. Unachievable targets, little to no training or mentorship given. Blame culture. High turnover of ADR's and AE. Welcome to the new world of Tech sales post Covid.

Thoma Bravo has been making changes to make it better but we still have a way to go in terms of compensation and product fit. In the current market, company's are not focused on getting a full procure to pay solution and with new competitors in the space, its become a lot harder to sell.
