There was a lot of change while here with the purchase of the company by private equity. Prior to the purchase, the culture was well above average. Then many good people were let go. Those remaining have experienced little communication and more layoffs. The product is excellent, the clients are positive, the employee group is intelligent.

The targets have gotten better, base pay was good. Things have changed a lot since the TB acquisition. Not much to drive culture in the ANZ region.

Too many leadership changes to remain consistent. Base salary is good but not a lot of potential to hit your OTE. Only 2 reps on the MM / SMB team hit quota last year. They raised quota again this year...
