They got bought up and laid people off. The promised were never kept and the stock tanked. I basically had to restart my career. Coupa was a good company but now I would beware. They got rid of high performing talent, industry experts, and people who followed their values to a tee. Now the culture is pretty toxic and everyone’s watching their back and scared about other layoffs. To get to a AE here you have to go down segments to corporate segments and that’s not Coupas sweet spot, high performers from the SDR org that moved to associate AE laid off within months. or Fired.
