Overdeveloped sales management and underdeveloped market. In the right territory there is $$ to be made. Transition to consumption will remove the ability to make 7 figures, but dramatically increase the percentage of reps hitting at/near quota.

Great market opportunity that the company is well equipped to capture. Competitive compensation and opportunity to hit quota. Talent retention can be a challenge and the company would benefit from increasing their investment in people development.

Over the time I was there the metrics and goals changed many times. Each time SDR had less and less control or impact in the ability to reach quota.
