Sales org is tanking. Used to be run much better but lots of key leaders left in 2022, resulting in their culture diminishing. Lots of changes and growing pains taking place and leadership hasn’t met the moment yet. Hopefully they turn it around sooner than later, otherwise their CEO will have no problem publicly throwing his sales team under the bus again

Incredibly difficult to hit quota. Sales enablement is next to nothing. Internal processes kill productivity (pricing tool is confusing and clunky). Leadership is far removed from what's going on. Aim high if you are negotiating OTE, they are below market standard.

Good experience but bad timing for me. I think that this company has a lot to offer the right type of candidate.
