Current Employee1.9Jan 26, 2024Mid Market sales is an absolute nightmare. Unrealistic quotas, accounts shifting to weird places, no leadership. Enterprise sales - consistently underperforming. Some reps not making 30% of their quota but still somehow have jobs. Sales operations are this company are completely broken.
