We haven’t even been provisioned access to basic tools like Gong, and have no way to reflect on past calls with customers. The compensation is excellent, but everything else is immature and sub par. Eventually I had no direct AE or accounts to work. And had 4 different managers in a year. I was let go for not attending a meeting while I was on vacation.
