My experience was the worst. I started my position and within the first month my manager left and my AE was switched twice. Eventually I had no direct AE or accounts to work. And had 4 different managers in a year. I was let go for not attending a meeting while I was on vacation. The company also laid off the black woman who helped start and run the Engineering department while continuing to use her image as a diversity recruitment tactic. Don’t work her. The will suck you dry and dump you on a zoom call after turning off all your access.

My experience has been good so far. My managers have been fantastic. My biggest complaint is the ability to promote. The company has no problem with termination for underperformance. Interestingly, the company is slow to promote where employees excel.

Base salary is competitive, but quota expectations are completely unrealistic. The sales senior leadership has no direction/communication and no regard for what their BDRs/AEs are seeing in reality and communicating to them vs. the targets they'd ideally like to achieve and what the finance team tells them should be achievable.
