Having started in the role in the last year, it’s very obvious the company is going through growing pains. Tenured reps hoard the best accounts and the 20 new sellers that were hired in the last 16 months are fighting over the same accounts that have been blasted by generic messaging from SDR groups. The majority of deals that close are inbounds called under attacks. It’s hilarious to watch AEs fight over these because it’s first come first serve. No fairness involved and if you are on your computer 12 hours a day, you’ll get the most at bats. Leadership is open to feedback and ideas, but not sure how far that goes up the chain as reps are complaining over the same things (competing with Free plans, no territories, no 401k, inbounds and SDR meetings are non existent (outside of Under attacks)
