I initially enjoyed a positive work environment at Cloudflare during its pre-IPO and early post-IPO phases, with a strong product and collaborative culture. However, recent changes have seen the company become more ruthless, with most senior leadership leaving and new leadership adopting a cutthroat approach. While there have been no layoffs, employees are being forced to leave under unfavorable circumstances, impacting morale and job satisfaction. The company's apparent neglect of its workforce raises concerns about its commitment to employee well-being. Despite the continued strength of the product, the declining work culture may warrant careful consideration for prospective and existing employees.

Sales org is tanking. Used to be run much better but lots of key leaders left in 2022, resulting in their culture diminishing. Lots of changes and growing pains taking place and leadership hasn’t met the moment yet. Hopefully they turn it around sooner than later, otherwise their CEO will have no problem publicly throwing his sales team under the bus again
