Great product, awful sales org, many growing pains. The last two years were really tough with many layoffs. It seems to get better but the sales org is still a mess.

If you are currently interviewing for an open position at Cloudflare, especially in EMEA, do NOT do it. Most toxic sales culture I have ever experienced. No leadership (just extreme spreadsheet managers). Extreme high workloads. Many issues with support, billing etc that ends up being placed on the plate of the AE. Huge disruptive opportunity, much of a technical sale. Sales cycles are long to break open large new logos also comes down to timing. Pretty much taking out an incumbent or legacy vendor every time in the majors space

Disappointing- not a great environment for a sales professional. For a company of this size it behaves often like a startup but has the bureaucracy of a much larger organisation. It’s true what glass door says the ceo does not respect salespeople and until he is gone things will never change
