While it was once a dream job, this organization has changed a lot in the past 2 years. The culture has shifted, with a change in leadership and merger, it became incredibly corporate and intense. It was hard to hit your full OTE.

Micromanaging organization. Unrealistic expectations with poor training. KPI's are more important than training and supporting the sales cycle. Churn and burn mentality
