Pure hunting job, all cold calling and sales cycle takes 12-24 months. Very few reps hitting quota. If hits, make any commission is a nightmare because of internal processes. Toxic sales culture, transaction and product-led. High attrition from leadership, most of them left the company last months. Bad leadership, disconnect from the rest of the organization. CEOs haven't been able to transition from the startup mentality to what a 4000 people organization needs as leadership.
