No one closes anything here. They just laid off 20% of North American AEs and gave out substantial retention bonuses to try to prevent AEs form leaving.

Great product but leadership can’t get out of its own way. Good mid-management but higher ups need to take a step back to re-evaluate pricing model and how the product is sold.
