Enterprise Accounts was a very unstable market segment. I had 5 new territories in 2 years. Reorganizations were out-of-control. But comp package was crazy lucrative. If you apart of a large deal closure Celonis will not pay out. They will lie to you and make you pay back commissions. This organization is not sales friendly the SE’s put sales in the passenger seat. Avoid drinking the koolaid from recruiters. Enron had more integrity.

Celonis is an amazing product/technology, although a complex sale cycle…but the executive leadership is so atrocious I fear we will never achieve our potential. Sales rep retention is the worst I have ever seen - big job, long hours, hard work….smallest paycheck I’ve ever had in my outbound sales career and my experience is not unique
