Celonis is an amazing product/technology, although a complex sale cycle…but the executive leadership is so atrocious I fear we will never achieve our potential. Sales rep retention is the worst I have ever seen - big job, long hours, hard work….smallest paycheck I’ve ever had in my outbound sales career and my experience is not unique

Positive: - Base Pay - Interesting Product to sell - Some great people work here Negative: - You work such a small set of accounts (10) and avg spend is 100-200K making.
