Great place to start your career in technology, not much progression post reaching account Director level. Training has improved since the new VP took over from CC. Company has a clear strategy for growth but needs to implement new tools and processes to achieve the projected targets

Pathetic base (35k) that is lowered to 30k, then 25k once you are promoted" to Account Manager. Comp structure that means you earn less after promotion if you do not meet a rising goal metric.
