My overall experience was positive but the highs were high and the lows were low. Very unforgiving for reps who miss monthly quota

Very poor base pay compared to other jobs with similar responsibilities. Depending on the segment you are put in you will make little to no money in some commission wise. Other Segments start seeing way bigger numbers just 2-3 months in compared to 2 years in smaller segments.
