Former Employee3.4Oct 8, 2024It was a positive experience. A rep doesn't want for anything in terms of guidance but you do need to stay on your toes, follow up/thru with clients and stay adaptable. They're still integrating Salesforce among other infrastructure changes.

Initial Sales trainings do not prepare you for the real world, but you rather learn as you go.
