my overall experience was that it was a great job to take right out of college otherwise the first year is really hard to make a living in life. You literally have to make no money for 2 years and then everythign will be okay

The org has evolved over the years from a run of the mill outdated processes to somewhat keeping up with the times. Initial Sales trainings do not prepare you for the real world, but you rather learn as you go.
