It was a positive experience. A rep doesn't want for anything in terms of guidance but you do need to stay on your toes, follow up/thru with clients and stay adaptable. They're still integrating Salesforce among other infrastructure changes.

Very poor base pay compared to other jobs with similar responsibilities. Depending on the segment you are put in you will make little to no money in some commission wise. Other Segments start seeing way bigger numbers just 2-3 months in compared to 2 years in smaller segments.
