Pathetic base (35k) that is lowered to 30k, then 25k once you are promoted" to Account Manager. Comp structure that means you earn less after promotion if you do not meet a rising goal metric. Overall, terrible company that will actively work to prevent you from getting paid. ASK YOUR MANAGER ABOUT THE PURPOSE OF AN BID-ADDER, , absolutely no bonuses, no salary raise, etc.

CDW is a great company to work for if you're looking for job security. You lose upside with them, but your floor is relatively high. They're also not going to fire you for not hitting your numbers
