My overall experience was poor. Your success and general happiness in the role is almost entirely determined by your book of business and manager. Maybe 2-5 reps in the entire segment have both a good manager and good book of business.

I love Box and started as an SDR, but since moving to SMB, I’ve seen a lot of changes. The most challenging has been the commission curve implemented last fiscal year.
