Box is a fantastic employer. The product is quickly improving and while expectation sales teams are increasing, the product is improving to enable sellers with differentiation between g drive and share point.

Box has a lot of potential but there is zero leadership in the sales org. Plenty of managers and directors but if you're looking for leadership this is not the place to find it. Box is an amazing company to work at with a stellar product that is constantly becoming more and more relevant in the market. Pay is very average and that works for a lot of people because the culture is so strong. Very flexible hours, easy sell, good leadership.
