Not a modern sales model, no alignment between AE’s sales tools, BDR’s and Marketing. No visibility into data driven insights to understand how the sales team is doing across the company. The messaging is very “Boomi” focused as opposed to “customer” centric. Not interested in improving buyers journey or customer feedback for ways to improve. Not a “SaaS” business model.
