Just looking to get acquired and removing any talent that makes a decent salary to back fill with younger reps with lower salary demands. Complete downfall once Dell sold us off to VC. Now it’s all Mulesoft leadership adding no culture/value

The product and market fit are good. Great exposure to technical and transformative projects with customers. But I feel like the company loses its top talent because of the comp plan. But maybe they know this and the benefits outweigh the costs for the company in the long run. The compensation plan is purposely designed to limit payouts to reps with so many hurdles...Read More

Boomi overall takes care of their sales employees, but with recent and constant change there is starting to be a lot of unrest in the sales department. It extremely hard to hit quota, especially in the commercial market, where less than 5% of reps are hitting annual numbers. Frequent layoffs all over the organization as well.

The product is very good in what it's known for but still seen as a mid market tool in the market and recent investments make it even better. Leadership at the top level trying to push a strong culture down but their words aren't reflected through actions. Locally there is no defined culture.
