Boomi overall takes care of their sales employees, but with recent and constant change there is starting to be a lot of unrest in the sales department. It extremely hard to hit quota, especially in the commercial market, where less than 5% of reps are hitting annual numbers. Frequent layoffs all over the organization as well.

This was a great company when I joined but the leadership is so disconnected from the field they have no clue. They hired the people who were let go from our competition who don’t know how to sell. The ceo is all about self promotion and the COO put the worst sales plan in place in my 20 years of selling. Do not consider Boomi until there is a new COO and CRO.

Challenging. Small territory, little to no lead flow, sales don’t have proper training and resources. There is good warning potential but only for reps who get a blue bird partner opportunity.
