The product is very good in what it's known for but still seen as a mid market tool in the market and recent investments make it even better. Leadership at the top level trying to push a strong culture down but their words aren't reflected through actions. Locally there is no defined culture. Pay is very good and sellers are rewarded strongly over the 50% of quota mark.

Lots of teething problems. At some point will be a good place to work but needs a lot of work. Siloed unaligned upper management and a compensation structure that benefits 1% of the company, all of which sell to existing customers.
