The product is very good in what it's known for but still seen as a mid market tool in the market and recent investments make it even better. Leadership at the top level trying to push a strong culture down but their words aren't reflected through actions. Locally there is no defined culture. Pay is very good and sellers are rewarded strongly over the 50% of quota mark.

Some reps killing it. Majority aren’t. Targets are very high. Leadership is mixed.

Pretty negative. Poor management. Needs time to develop and most reps never come close to hitting quota
